Before you begin, here’s what to expect and how to prepare.

The application is hosted on Submittable. To begin, create an account and verify your email address. Teams do not need to finish in one sitting. Your progress is automatically saved, and you can return at any time before submitting.

How Submittable Works

Submittable allows you to complete the application at your own pace. If you have already begun your application, you may sign in to your Submittable account at manager.submittable.com/login. Once signed in, you may access and continue your application. You may also view your application, once complete, via your Submittable account. If you have lost or forgotten your password, please follow the instructions here.

Eligibility Criteria

You’ll start with a short eligibility check to confirm your solution meets the criteria below.

To be eligible, your solution must:

• Be an organization: not an individual applying independently
• Have a live, working solution: beyond the idea or prototype stage
• Serve populations experiencing health inequities: or have a credible near-term path
• Have at least 1,000 users: who have tested or used your solution
• Have a plan to reach 100,000+ users within 3 years
• Use AI as a core part of how your solution works

These criteria are designed to ensure the Prize supports solutions already in use, reaching communities, and positioned to scale.

What to Prepare Ahead of Time

To streamline your application process, we recommend preparing a few key materials in advance:

• A clear description of your solution and value proposition
• The health gap you’re addressing and who it affects
• Data on users, outcomes, or engagement
• Information about the communities you serve
• Details on your AI capability and how it works
• Information about your team and relevant experience
• A high-level scaling plan
• Budget information and intended use of funds
• Names and contact details for references

You will also be asked to submit a short video introducing your team and your work.
